  4. I love your roundups! My first word was "jolie" after my cat, I sleep at the very edge of a queen bed & I always ate off of my boyfriend's plate & continue to do so now that we're married!

  8. outlawing hugging?!

that's something my high school would do; after I graduated they did away with birthday balloons, which are apparently a "hallway hazard."

  13. ooh...that wedding cake looks like dessert and I LOVE it. so pretty.

I want to hold my hubby's hand right now, definitely have nightmare bridesmaid stories...but not so much having to do with the dress...just other annoying bridesmaids!, queen bed, tv watching is about the same...we LOVE our dr! we have a joint savings but separate checking.
I hear about the outlawing of hugging. so absurd. Actually on 60 Minutes they did a segment on an elementary school where all touching is not permitted. Not even when they're in gym class. They can "pretend" high five and "pretend" hug...so sad. The justification by the school is that it prevents the passing of germs. it's so sad and strange to me.

    thanks for the roundups!

    happy weekend...

  16. Oh my goodness, I am kinda irate over that article about high schools outlawing hugs...I would never have made it through high school without that nice serotonin release between classes. My family isn't especially affectionate, so I absolutely needed hugs from my friends. You would think that authority figures would realize that kids will be more chill, not causing trouble and able to pay attention in classes if they can hug each other...ridiculous. Especially at a time like this where things seem a little gloomy, hugs can really help.

  23. outlawing hugging!!!! I'm sorry that just crazy. Hugs help me make it trough a rough day.. and in school there is always rough days. I swear people just outlaw the sillest things. There are kids smoking in the bathrooms, texting on cell phones, and skipping class and they are worried about students hugging... thats a shame.

  27. I hate the fact that some school, particularly high schools are outlawing hugs. It's basically how teenagers greet each other.

  28. When I was younger, I always wanted to be a young mom (I think largely because my mom was only 23 when I was born!) But once I entered college, I revised that thought to maybe 30. Now, as I am months away from the big 3-0, I am thinking maybe a few years down the road. I guess we'll see!
